This beautiful "Super sweet Candy Cutie” Fluffy Tied Pink Tutu Petti is made with many yards of tulle for that extra fluff. (we can remove embellishments and/or add polka dot orgnaza ribbon if desired.)

~ Larger children’s sizes or material length, and adult sizes are available at an additional cost. Children’s tutus can be made up to 30 inches in length.
**Waist bands are made with soft non-roll elastic that will stretch several additional inches to allow room for growth for years to come.
